POE

The Cape Cod and the Islands chapter of the American Guild
of Organists will sponsor a Pipe Organ Encounter (POE)
during the week of Monday, July 15 through Saturday July 20,2019.

By past practice, the Guild designs POE’s to provide instruction and practice for young people in learning how to
become organists. Eighteen young people between the ages of 13 and 18 will come to Cape Cod, accommodated
at the Craigville Retreat Center. They will have organ lessons throughout the week with practice opportunities,
along with a series of special events of interest in promoting the organ as an instrument.

Registration is open now as of November 1, 2018, is available on line through the Guild’s website: www.agohq.org. Deadline for registration will be May 1, 2018.
